Parker's Symmetrical PolyPak® Seal is a patented precision molded multi-purpose seal that combines an o-ring type synthetic rubber o-spring with a conventional lip-type seal to produce a unique sealing device capable of sealing in both vacuum and high and low pressure applications. At Zatkoff Seals & Packings, we offer an incredible inventory of PolyPak® Seals, with the largest stock of PolyPaks® in the United States. Offering nearly 200,000 in-stock standard P4615A90 Molythane parts, our inventory is hugely advantageous for our customers.
PolyPak® Advantages
The Parker PolyPak® offers a clear advantage over conventional lip seals, such as the standard u-cups, that are prone to leakage under low pressure, due to the fact that little or no lip loading is inherent in the basic seal design . PolyPak® is a squeeze type seal that provides high sealability at low pressure. As system pressure increases, additional force is applied to the PolyPak's® interface and as continued pressure increases, lip loading is automatically increased to compensate for the higher pressure, thus maintaining a positive, leak-free seal.

Types of PolyPak® Seals
PolyPak® Seals are offered in three styles or profiles that offer varying advantages. All three types of the PolyPak® Seals are squeeze type seals with a symmetrical profile for use in either rod or piston applications. A wide variety of sizes and alternate compounds allow these profiles to match up with many hydraulic applications.
