The Zatkoff Express Service Offers Quick Production Turnaround

Through our new Express service, Zatkoff stocks materials in billet form and offers production capabilities of machined seals and components. Express capabilities handle nearly any seal profile and offer more than 30 standard materials, including Freudenberg's 94 AU 30000 hydrolysis resistant polyurethane. Additional specialty materials are also available upon request.

With over six decades of experience in sealing technologies, we provide fast delivery of the highest precision possible for standard and custom parts, as well as unmatched customer service. Customers are now able to avoid waiting for seals and components to make their way around the world. Express delivers quickly and reliably from our local production facility in Warren, Michigan — within 24 hours, if necessary.

Express completes Zatkoff's portfolio, offering prototypes, replacement parts, and small manufacturing runs, utilizing state-of-the-art machinery and specially-developed software to support our customers' businesses, even on short notice.
