A majority of fluid systems require powerful solutions in effectively sealing their fasteners. As an industry leader in elastomeric and sealing technology, Parker delivers seal designs that are found in Stat-O-Seals® and feature a singular, mold-in-place seal that is mechanically and/or chemically secured to the metal retainer, known as the washer. These fasteners and fitting seals consist of elastomeric tips that have been vulcanized — that is, their polymer properties have been dramatically transformed to achieve ideal elasticity in performing various sealing functions.
Parker 600 Series Stat-O-Seals offer reliable, long-term solutions for standard series fasteners and are characterized by notable advantages, including the ability to seal fasteners of extremely small and miniature sizes. At Zatkoff Seals & Packings, we proudly carry every standard stock size of the 600 Series Stat-O-Seal fastener products as part of our vast inventory of Parker's innovative sealing solutions.

In providing premium access to these unique fastening solutions that are intended to seal immediately under the bolt's head, we are confident that our customers will benefit from the various advantages that Parker 600 Series Stat-O-Seals offer.
Advantages
- No machined O-ring grooves are required in the mating flange
- Precisely controlled optimum percent squeeze eliminates over compression
- The retainer edge is visible after installation allowing for easy visual inspection and reducing failures caused by missing seals
- The self-centering design provides easy and accurate placement of the seal
- The solid metal-to-metal contact improves joint stability and eliminates re-torquing
- Long reliable service and a high level of reusability
- Rubber/bolt interference provides for easy assembly
These properly-designed sealing solutions have a highly effective built-in interference factor and provide ideal compression and squeezing conditions that do not compromise elasticity limits. This is due, in part, to the fact that the rubber's cross section free height exceeds that of the washer. A positive seal with superior leak blockage is achieved by way of controlled confinement sealing, a principle characterized by metal-to-metal contact and a visible retainer edge. For optimal results, the head of the fastener's diameter must be greater than that of the maximum "E diameter."
At Zatkoff Seals & Packings, we take pride in offering an extensive inventory of Parker 600 Series Stat-O-Seals that provide powerful solutions for fastener sealing needs. As long as Parker continues to provide innovative advancements in sealing technology, we will partner with them to deliver these exceptional solutions to you.
