Zatkoff's e-commerce site gives you immediate access to our $25 million inventory with over 200,000 part numbers. To provide an optimal experience for our customers, we've made the site as simple and intuitive as possible. If you're new to the site, we want to offer some helpful tips for using it efficiently.
In order to use the e-commerce site, you first have to register and create an account. Start by visiting www.zatkoff.com and click on "Register" on the top right corner of the page, then fill out the required information on the registration page. You will receive a validation email with a link that will allow you to log in for the first time. For future access, log in by clicking the "Buy Parts" link.
Searching the Zatkoff E‑Commerce Site
When you come to the site to order parts, you'll want to use our search functionality. Start by clicking "Buy Parts" in the main menu after you have logged into the site. You can search by various categories, such as part number or product type. If you were to search by O-rings, you'll have instant access to over 74,000 O-ring part numbers. Add products to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon, and entering your desired quantity.
Creating a Kit
Once you have put together a shopping cart, you have the ability to save it as a kit if you plan to re-order it in the future. When your cart has everything you need, you have the option to "Save Cart" and name it anything you'd like. Then, when the time comes to re-order that kit, go to "My Saved Carts" and click the shopping cart icon under the "Load" column to activate the cart. From there you can modify the order as needed and proceed to checkout.
Order History & Filter Options
If you want to view a previously placed order, click into "Order History." You can sort orders in a few ways: filtering by status (if the order has been completed or is still open), filtering by one or all locations, or searching a specific PO number to easily find the order you are looking for. The results will show the order number, date the order was placed and shipped, and the price.
Finding Your Zatkoff Contacts
Need to get in touch with us? By clicking into "My Account Team," you have the ability to access the names, titles, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses for your Zatkoff account manager and customer service representative at any time, and even see whether they are in the office.
Searching by Your Own Part Number
Want to see how many of your own parts we have in stock? First, reach out to your Zatkoff sales representative to ensure your account is linked to our inventory system. From there, you'll be able to search through the "Customer Part Number" page, with full visibility into product information, including the Zatkoff part number, your part number, a description of the product and how many are in stock. You can also add the parts directly to your cart from this page by clicking the green shopping cart symbol.
